JKS FAMILY FOUNDATION

The foundation funds work that aligns with its focus areas: beneficial interaction between humans and animals/animal welfare; women's & children’s health, safety and welfare; and early intervention and addiction prevention. Applicants must submit a proposal letter and supporting documents (IRS 501(c)(3) designation, budgets, Form-990, board roster, audited financials/annual report if available).

Must be a 501(c)(3) public charity (Designation and Certification of 501C3 required) | Submit most recent Internal Revenue Service Form-990 (signed by an officer) | Provide current total operating budget and, if applicable, a detailed program budget | Provide a full listing of the current Board of Directors | Include latest complete Independent Audited Financial Statement and Annual Report if available | Letters of Intent, proposals for event sponsorship or endorsements, and funding requests for individuals are not processed
