About this foundation

The Tallmadge Foundation was created in Fall 2000 by local residents to foster, enhance and support educational, cultural and recreational enrichment for the community of Tallmadge. The site describes the foundation as a tax-exempt charity organized as collections of individual funds and notes it partners with civic organizations, local schools, local government and individuals. An executive board and trustees oversee the foundation. Grantmaking runs on a quarterly cycle; an Allocations Committee reviews applications according to posted criteria.
