About this foundation

Missouri Foundation for Health works to build a more equitable future in health through collaboration, convening, knowledge sharing, and strategic investment. The foundation issues requests for applications and awards multi-year grants and fellowships across topics including behavioral health, reproductive health, food systems, infant mortality, and Medicaid expansion. It operates change-making tools such as the Health Equity Fund and MoCAP to strengthen nonprofit capacity and issues RFAs and contracted service requests. The foundation serves regions across Missouri and provides partner resources and funding guidelines for applicants.
