About this foundation
The Paces Foundation (founded in 1991) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that develops, owns and preserves affordable multifamily and single-family housing built to green certification standards. For nearly 35 years it has developed and owned more than 3,000 units across multiple U.S. states and works via public-private partnerships and project financing (LIHTC, bonds, government funds) to structure developments. The organization operates resident services at many properties and partners with housing authorities, nonprofits, and financial corporations. It also raises philanthropic support (donations, sponsorships, volunteers) to furnish shared spaces and support resident programs.
