PGE Foundation is an independent philanthropic organization aligned with Portland General Electric that funds Oregon-based nonprofit organizations through four pillars (Career‑Connected Learning, Creative Expression, Climate Resilient Communities, Career Pathways). Eligible organizations apply via an online Cybergrants portal.

Otter Tail Corporation Foundation Grants

The Trustees meet several times a year, and the Contributionship accepts and processes applications for grants throughout the year. All applications and progress reports must be submitted online via the Blackbaud/YourCause portal.

The Contributionship does not fund the costs or expenses of existing staff allocated to a project it is asked to support. | The Trustees do not consider unsolicited operating proposals or operating seed money requests. | Organizations that have received a grant must 'rest' for a calendar year before submitting a new proposal. | Grant applications from an organization known to have discriminatory policies will not be considered.

McLean Contributionship Grants

Grants focusing on art, music, dance, drama, and recreation for children with special needs; applicants should complete the online application and provide a detailed budget.

Applicant must be a non-profit organization or an individual applying for a service or support. | All programs must serve children with special needs. | Inclusive programs must have no less than 1/3 of the participants with disabilities. | Complete all sections of the grant application and submit all materials by the deadline. | Programs may receive grant funding once per calendar year (individuals are not limited).

Theresa Foundation Grant Program

The General Operating Support grant program provides unrestricted funding to nonprofit poetry organizations, presses, publications, and select literary arts service and membership organizations to support and strengthen core operations, including staff salaries; rent and utilities; technology; general administrative expenses; marketing, fundraising, and technical support; and hiring new paid staff.

General Operating Support

Funding of up to $10,000 for projects where alumni work with non-profit institutional partners (e.g., publishing subventions, exhibitions); applications must be submitted by the institutional partner and co-signed by the alum, with funds disbursed to the institution.

Grants to Non-Profit Institutions

Provides production-specific support to contemporary, professional theatrical productions that engage audiences around social issues and are committed to outreach and engagement activities.

Must be a nonprofit organization domiciled in AK, AZ, CA, CO, OR, or WA with IRS-determined 501(c)(3) status | Sole mission to produce and present theatre | History of at least two consecutive years of bringing theatre to its community | Annual operating revenue of at least $1,000,000 for the most recently-completed fiscal year | At least 75% of the selected production’s cast must be professional (paid) actors | Scripts must be completed at time of application | There must be at least 15 fully-produced public performances | Dance, opera, symphony, and touring Broadway productions are not eligible | Eligible productions must occur between September 1, 2026 and August 31, 2027

Social Impact Theatre Grant Program

THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES SMALL GRANTS ($250-$2000) TO NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND IN SOME CASES, INDIVIDUALS DEMONSTRATING NEED TO IMPROVE FUTURE OUTCOMES.
