The Foundation considers grant applications from 501(c)(3) organizations operating in Hawaii for program or capital project funding across its stated focus areas; applications are accepted biannually.
Eligibility
- Must be a 501(c)(3) public charity
- Organization must operate in the State of Hawaii / serve the people of Hawaii
- No individuals
- No projects outside of the state of Hawaii
- No projects for which matching funds are borrowed (loans)
- No endowments
- Generally one active grant per organization at a time
- organizations that recently received funds are discouraged/should wait
