About this program

The Foundation considers grant applications from 501(c)(3) organizations operating in Hawaii for program or capital project funding across its stated focus areas; applications are accepted biannually.

Eligibility

• Must be a 501(c)(3) public charity
• Organization must operate in the State of Hawaii / serve the people of Hawaii
• No individuals
• No projects outside of the state of Hawaii
• No projects for which matching funds are borrowed (loans)
• No endowments
• Generally one active grant per organization at a time
• organizations that recently received funds are discouraged/should wait
