Theodore Edson Parker Foundation Regular Grants
About this program
The Parker Foundation’s primary goal is to make effective grants that benefit the residents of the City of Lowell. Grants are made for social services, cultural programs, community development, education, community health needs, and urban environmental projects.
Eligibility
- Must serve the residents of the City of Lowell
- Must be tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) or have a fiscal sponsor
- Must be classified as "not a private foundation" under Section 509(a)
- No awards are made to individuals
- Organizations that have not received a grant from the Parker Foundation within two years
- If funding was denied, organizations must wait one year before applying for funding
