About this program

Sponsorships provide monetary and in-kind support to community organizations aligned with advancing health and well-being, with focus on health/wellness, children/youth/education, community-based (including cultural/humanities), and civic enhancement.

Eligibility

• Must be a 501(c)(3) organization
• No individuals or individual fundraising efforts
• Not for political campaigns/parties
• Groups that discriminate on the basis of age, religion, color, race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin are not eligible
• Activities must advance the public or Hospital purpose
• Submit sponsorship request no later than 10 weeks prior to the date of the event
• Incomplete Sponsorship Applications will not be considered
