PGE Foundation is an independent philanthropic organization aligned with Portland General Electric that funds Oregon-based nonprofit organizations through four pillars (Career‑Connected Learning, Creative Expression, Climate Resilient Communities, Career Pathways). Eligible organizations apply via an online Cybergrants portal.

Eligibility
  • Must be a 501(c)(3) public charity
  • Based in Oregon and serving Oregonians
  • One request per calendar year per organization
  • Previous grant recipients must complete an impact report prior to submitting a new request
  • Organizations that discriminate (in services or hiring) are ineligible
