PGE Foundation is an independent philanthropic organization aligned with Portland General Electric that funds Oregon-based nonprofit organizations through four pillars (Career‑Connected Learning, Creative Expression, Climate Resilient Communities, Career Pathways). Eligible organizations apply via an online Cybergrants portal.
Eligibility
- Must be a 501(c)(3) public charity
- Based in Oregon and serving Oregonians
- One request per calendar year per organization
- Previous grant recipients must complete an impact report prior to submitting a new request
- Organizations that discriminate (in services or hiring) are ineligible
