About this program
Fast, simple grants providing $25,000 gifts to new partner organizations serving rural California communities (including Tribal Nations and communities outside urban centers); no proposal required.
Eligibility
- Must be a 501(c)(3) public charity nonprofit organization or a federally recognized tribal government (non-federally recognized tribe may apply as a 501(c)(3)).
- Has not received funding from The California Endowment in the past 15 years (excluding Board Recommended Grant/Gift).
- Annual operating budget of $250,000 or less (does not apply to tribal governments or non-federally recognized tribes).
- Aligned with The California Endowment’s mission.
- Based in and/or serving rural communities in the prioritized counties: Del Norte, Humboldt, Shasta, Tulare, and Imperial.
- Fiscally sponsored projects are not eligible.
- Only one Go!Gift will be awarded per organization.
- Organizations need to be a 501(c)(3) in good standing with an operational EIN.
