Eligibility

• Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit or have a fiscal agent with active 501(c)(3) status
• No applications from individuals
• No primary or secondary (K-12) schools (capital requests from non-public secondary schools considered on a limited basis)
• No other foundations or nonprofits that distribute money to recipients of its own selection
• No camps, seasonal activities, or religious organizations for support of religious programs
• No scientific research projects or studies
• No endowments
• no coverage of deficits or debt elimination
• Organization activities or the specific programming requested must take place in Colorado
