About this program

Mini, Small, and Medium grants to support health and wellness needs in the community and capacity building needs to strengthen La Porte County nonprofits.

Eligibility

• 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and governmental entities
• Provide services and/or programs benefiting residents of La Porte County
• No endowments
• No requests from individuals
• No underwriting for annual appeals/solicitations, special events, or general fundraising
• No lobbying or the support of any political candidate, political party, or political activity
• Associations of property owners, homeowners, condominiums, etc. not eligible
