About this program

The Impact Fund helps bring powerful, hands‑on learning experiences to K–12 students—experiences that inspire them to think like entrepreneurs and give back like philanthropists. We partner with schools and nonprofits that help students create, problem‑solve, and make a real difference in their communities.

Eligibility

• Primary purpose of the program must be student entrepreneurship and/or philanthropy
• Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit or a school (public schools qualify under district EIN)
• Program must serve K-12 students located in Larimer or Weld counties of Colorado
• An organization may receive a grant once per calendar year
• may receive funding for two consecutive years then must take a one year break
• Does not fund capital campaigns, travel, political campaigns or legislative lobbying, building and construction projects, general wages or salaries (exception: time-limited transformative roles), reproductive choice advocacy groups, single-day events (except as part of a larger student program)
