THE OAK HILL FUND
About this foundation
The Oak Hill Fund (OHF) is a private family foundation formed in 2002 from restructuring of the W. Alton Jones Foundation. OHF historically funded environmentally sustainable affordable design and now pursues a rotating set of family-driven programs. In 2024 leadership completed a strategic plan; current grantmaking is organized into six Healthy People – Healthy Planet programs. Two programs are by invitation only; the remaining four accept Letters of Inquiry during announced 30-day windows and are processed via an online portal. OHF does not support capital campaigns, endowments, individuals, or book/film publication.
