Gives priority to projects that increase community self-sufficiency and capacity (encouraging new leadership, enhancing volunteerism, expanding fundraising, strengthening partnerships, creating new sustainable programs).
Eligibility
- Nonprofit organizations serving Azusa, CA
- No funding to individuals
- No funding for political causes or candidates
- No courtesy advertising
- Religious, veteran or fraternal organizations only eligible if engaged in a significant program benefiting the entire community
- No funding for building construction or other capital improvements
