Access to Recreation Endowment Fund

A single pooled fund that provides unrestricted grants to local nonprofit organizations addressing pressing needs in greater Park City and Summit County; supports operating, equipment, capacity building and other unrestricted uses.

Serve people living or working in Summit County (Wasatch County will be considered) | Qualify as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization under the Internal Revenue Code | Applicants without 501(c)(3) status may apply if they have applied to the IRS (receipt letter required at time of application) | Applicants operating under a 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor may apply with a letter of agreement | Only one application per organization or alliance per grant cycle will be considered

Community Fund

HHF seeks to provide program grants to mid-sized, growth-oriented 501(c)(3) public charities in the City of Chicago that offer effective programs to enhance life and opportunity in under-resourced communities, particularly on the south and west sides of the city.

Be a Chicago-based 501(c)(3) public charity primarily serving under-resourced communities, particularly on the south and west sides of the city | Have an annual organizational budget between $150,000 and $5,000,000 for the previous year | Proposed programs must align with one or more HHF focus areas (e.g., afterschool, early childhood ages 0–3, preventive pediatric care, trauma-informed mental health, entrepreneurship, workforce/financial literacy) | After-school programs must operate Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM during the CPS school year (Sept–June) | Mental health programs must include a trained clinician (e.g., LCSW)

Hulsebosch Hope Foundation Grants

Supports research into psychological and social wellbeing after spinal cord injury; funds postdoctoral fellowships, investigational grants, and interventional testing to develop and test psychosocial interventions.

Siebert Lutheran Foundation focuses its funding on ministries and projects based in Lutheran churches and organizations that align with its stated funding priorities.
