About this program

The Foundation's major annual grant cycle funds programming aligned with its focus areas (emotional, occupational, and nutritional health); the annual cycle is the primary issuance for financial grants larger than $5,000.

Eligibility
  • Must be a 501(c)(3) public charity
  • Submit a completed Grant Application and copies of the organization's 501(c)(3) determination letter
  • Submit a list of current board members
  • Address on tax exemption letter must match current address or submit Form 990 first page
  • Organizations must be in good standing with the IRS and Secretary of State of the state where they provide services and seek funding
  • No singular grant requests greater than $100,000
  • No multi-year funding requests for an organization
  • No reimbursement for purchases or activities that occur prior to grant decisions
  • No funding for political candidates/committees or lobbying
  • No funding for activities/programs affiliated with a religious organization
