About this program

The Foundation's grant program funds cultural activities that elevate programming in the community, take advantage of special opportunities, and provide avenues for cooperation among arts and cultural organizations.

Eligibility

• Must be a professional, non-profit organization as determined by the Internal Revenue Code
• Must be registered with the Attorney General’s Office, State of Ohio
• Primary mission must be serving residents of the greater Dayton area through presenting and/or producing arts events and activities
• Will not accept requests for capital funding
• Will not accept foundation or endowment gifts
• Will not accept underwriting for fund-raising projects
• Will not accept scholarship requests
• Recipients required to publicize the general purposes of the Foundation and memorialize Miriam Rosenthal
