The Raskob Foundation is an independent, private, non-profit family foundation founded in 1945. It conducts grant making and philanthropic activity in service to the Catholic Church and institutions identified with it. Five generations of family members continue the founders' vision, John and Helena Raskob. Its mission is "To aid the Roman Catholic Church by providing resources in support of organizations, ministries, programs and projects associated with it throughout the world." The foundation operates domestic and international grant programs administered via an online grant portal.

RASKOB FOUNDATION FOR CATHOLIC

An independent private family foundation that funds Catholic organizations, ministries and projects. It awards domestic and international grants through an Online Grant Portal with domestic spring and fall cycles and an annual international cycle.

Projects and programs that take place within the United States and its territories are eligible to apply under the Domestic Program.

Must be a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public charity | Applicant must be Catholic: listed in the Official Catholic Directory (edition & page number required) | Projects must take place within the United States or its territories | Construction/renovation projects over $200,000 are not eligible until 50% of total cost is in hand, signed contract exists, and construction is underway | No requests by or for individuals (including tuition, scholarships, fellowships) | No endowment funds | No reduction of debt | No funding for anything completed, purchased or accomplished prior to the board meetings

Domestic Program

Projects and programs that take place outside of the United States and its territories are eligible to apply under the International Program.

Applicants outside the U.S. must be a non-profit, non-governmental status equivalent to a U.S. public charity | Catholic status must be verified by the Ordinary of the Diocese/Archdiocese | If using a fiscal agent, Fiscal Agent Form and US IRS W-9 required | Required documents must be translated into English
