Supports organizational capacity to mobilize residents for systemic change; grants cover community organizing and social justice-oriented trainings and coaching (registration, travel, consultants). Open to current McCune grantees and other community groups serving Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties that meet eligibility guidelines.

- Must meet Foundation eligibility guidelines (IRS 501(c)(3) or operate under sponsorship of a qualified organization)
- Applicants must serve Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties
