About this program

To provide financial support to institutions, private or public organizations to educate, train and support children and adults that are mentally and/or physically handicapped.

Eligibility

• If Applicant is a private entity: current IRS tax determination letter (e.g., 501(c)(3)
• Only those contiguous to Vermilion county, Illinois are eligible for grants
• No individuals (we do not fund individuals)
• Will not fund routine operating needs
• will not fund any project on an ongoing basis
• Budget for the project and financial statements/tax returns for the previous two years required
• If Applicant is a school, a letter from the Superintendent indicating support is required
