Because the foundation operates by preselection, organizations are most likely to be considered after a warm introduction or endorsement from a trustee, previous grantee, or mutual contact; framing requests as modest, project-focused asks aligned with the funder’s history (health, education, human services, cultural) increases plausibility. Public unsolicited applications are unlikely to be effective given the lack of a visible submission route.
