Organizations should expect an introduction- or relationship-driven route; building connections with existing grantees, local partners, or trustees and demonstrating clear alignment with the foundation’s observed priorities (education, health, environment, community support) is the practical path. Because the foundation states it funds only preselected applicants and no public submission route is visible, unsolicited proposals are unlikely to be considered.
