Organizations aligned with Catholic seminary training should apply via a formal letter from a bishop, rector, or head of seminary by the December 1 deadline, include enrollment numbers for the students the grant would support, and request amounts in the foundation’s observed range (typically under $25K). Because many grantees are repeat recipients, building or maintaining diocesan/seminary leadership relationships and confirming receipt by phone or mail are practical steps.
