Because the foundation operates by preselection and does not provide public application channels, the practical route is relationship-based: seek introductions through existing grantees, local partners, or board-connected intermediaries and propose modest, program-specific requests aligned with the foundation’s history (education, faith-based ministries, youth and community services). Emphasize local impact and provide clear budgets for small awards; unsolicited public applications are unlikely to be effective without a nomination or personal connection.
