Organizations should work through Connections Education / Pearson Virtual School leaders or partner directly with those schools to secure a nomination; prepare concise hardship-focused requests consistent with the foundation's small-grant practice and the stated $5,000 cap; use the listed Google Form / school submission channel and include clear documentation a school leader can attach or endorse. Since decisions are rolling, cultivating the recommending school leader relationship and demonstrating direct student/family impact is the most practical route.
