THE FINANCIAL NEED FOR THE APPLICANT IS ALSO VERIFIED EITHER THROUGH THE FREE/REDUCED MEAL PROGRAM PARTICIPATION AT SCHOOL, TAX RETURNS THAT SHOW IRS ADJUSTED GROSS INCOME AT THE POVERTY LEVEL, OR MONTHLY INCOME STATEMENTS PROVIDED THAT SHOW THE APPLICANT IS AT OR BELOW THE POVERTY LEVEL.
