Proposals that clearly demonstrate impact in Hays/Ellis County or elsewhere in Kansas and align with education, health, the arts, economic development, or broadcasting/broadband stand the best chance; provide a clear budget and evidence of local partnership or sustainability, and be prepared for a range of award sizes from modest grants to occasional six-figure gifts.
