APPLICATIONS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED ONLINE AT PUBLIXCHARITIES.ORG AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: INFORMATION ON THE ORGANIZATION, A COPY OF THE 501(C)(3) DETERMINATION LETTER ISSUED BY THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, A BRIEF BUDGET, AND A LIST OF THE ORGANIZATION'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS. IF THE APPLICANT IS WORKING ON A PARTICULAR PROJECT, THE APPLICANT SHOULD PROVIDE THE TOTAL COST OF THE PROJECT, THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MONEY PLEDGED TOWARD THE PROJECT, THE AMOUNT REQUESTED, AND WHAT SUPPORT THE APPLICANT HAS RECEIVED FROM OTHER ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN ITS COMMUNITY. THE APPLICANT SHOULD ALSO INCLUDE WHETHER ANY DEADLINES ARE APPLICABLE.
