ANY ORGANIZATION REQUESTING FUNDS MUST PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF A 501 (C)(3) STATUS AND A COPY OF THEIR IRS DETERMINATION LETTER. IN ADDITION, THEY MUST SUBMIT A BUDGET, TIMELINES AND DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT. THE FOUNDATION WILL NOT PROVIDE GRANTS FOR CAPITAL EXPENDITURES OR OPERATING EXPENSES.
