Because awards are largely nomination-based, organizations should pursue local referral routes and build relationships with community chapters or individuals who can nominate candidates; emphasize tight alignment with scholarship eligibility (graduating seniors, Dallas/Texas ties) and keep funding requests modest and one-time in scope. Public application materials appear limited, so formal introductions or partner nominations will be the most effective path.
