Support local council scouting

Applicants should demonstrate direct alignment with Scouting program support and cultivate relationships with national or local Scouting staff or previously funded councils. Use the foundation's website contact form or listed board/staff emails to introduce partnerships and program fit, emphasize capacity to manage council-focused funding, and be realistic that large unrestricted dollars are concentrated on the national Scout recipient while many smaller council grants are also made.
