Because grantmaking is local and described as by preselection, the practical route is relational: secure a local introduction (church leaders, school administrators, or board acquaintances) and limit requests to small, well-defined project donations. Use the public website contact phone/email to express interest and request guidance, but do not expect a standard open application process; proposals should be brief, hyper-local, and aligned with past donation purposes.
