Because giving is effectively directed to the PTO/school's own programs, unsolicited proposals from outside groups are unlikely to succeed; however, practical entry is via the visible website, listed phone and mailing contact, or—more effectively—by securing a referral or endorsement from school leadership or PTO officers and proposing a small, clearly scoped classroom or teacher-support request.
