Because recorded grants repeatedly support a single recipient, unsolicited proposals are unlikely to change the portfolio; the most realistic routes are through an existing relationship, partnership with the recurring grantee, or a direct introduction to leadership. A public website and contact email exist, so basic outreach by phone or email is operationally possible, but applicants should set expectations that the funder’s behavior favors its established beneficiary.
