How to enter
Three steps. About three minutes. Anyone can do it from a phone.


Log in with one click via Gmail, Microsoft, or Slack.
Click "Start a post." Give it a descriptive title. Your form name plus a key result works well.
Example title: “Elks Membership Renewal — 10% conversion, exceeded goal”
Then write three short lines:
Hit Post.
That last line is the one that matters most. It's what makes your submission feel like a template other nonprofits can actually use, and it's what we'll feature in the Template Library if you're picked.

VIDEO WALK-THROUGH
A 60-second walk-through of a real entry. What to write, what to link, and what the judges look for.
Selected submissions will be featured in Zeffy’s Template Library, with your organization credited.

A monthly ask that reads like a thank-you note instead of a pitch.

WHY SUBMIT
Five organizations will each receive a $500 USD contribution, or local equivalent.
Your form gets a write-up by the Zeffy team, and featured in the Template library, promoted to thousands of organizations.
Zeffy and our ambassadors respond to every submission with what worked and what to repeat.

JUDGES
Each submission will be reviewed based on clarity, creativity, completeness, usefulness to other organizations, and overallform quality. Community Choice may also consider community engagement.
This is a judged awards program. Winners are not selected at random.

Zeffy reviews submissions and selects five $500 USD recipients.
Selected organizations are announced, and featured forms begin going live in the Template Library.
Any nonprofit, charity, or community organization in the U.S., Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), the U.K., or Australia that uses Zeffy. The person submitting must be at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction and have permission to submit on behalf of the organization. See Official Rules.
No. The Zeffy Community Awards are a judged awards program, not a sweepstakes or lottery. Selections are made by Zeffy and our judges based on clarity, creativity, usefulness to other nonprofits, and overall form quality. See Official Rules.
No. No payment, donation, tip, or purchase is required to enter or be selected. Zeffy is free to use, and entering doesn't require donating, tipping, or paying us anything. See Official Rules.
Five selected organizations will each receive a $500 USD contribution (or the local-currency equivalent) as a thank-you for sharing what worked. The contribution goes to your nonprofit, not to the individual who submitted the entry. See Official Rules.
Yes. You can submit one entry per category, up to five entries total across all categories. See Official Rules.
Your post on community.zeffy.com is visible to other community members. By entering, you give Zeffy permission to feature your form, organization name, screenshots, and submitted explanation in our Template Library, website, emails, social media, and other marketing. See Official Rules.
No, they're separate. Some featured submissions may not receive a $500 contribution, and some $500 recipients may also be featured. We don't guarantee that every submission will be featured. See Official Rules.
Community engagement on community.zeffy.com (reactions, comments) helps surface contenders. Zeffy makes the final selection from among the most-engaged eligible submissions, applying the same judging criteria as the other categories. We may remove suspicious or manipulated engagement.
