Can not-for-profits accept Apple Pay and Google Pay with Zeffy?

Yes, both are enabled automatically on every Zeffy donation form, with nothing to set up.

Does Zeffy charge fees on wallet donations?

No. Apple Pay and Google Pay gifts are 100% free. A $25 Face ID gift means $25 to your cause.

Do donors need an account?

No. They use the wallet already set up on their device.

Are wallet donations tax-deductible for donors?

If your organisation is DGR-endorsed, a gift of $2 or more is tax-deductible and Zeffy sends the receipt automatically. ACNC registration and DGR endorsement are separate: the ACNC registers your charity, the ATO endorses DGRs, and only a DGR can offer donors a deduction. Donors can check your status on ABN Lookup.

Which wallets does Zeffy support?

Apple Pay and Google Pay. Other wallets, including PayPal and Samsung Pay, are not supported as checkout wallets.
