Free customisable donation page

Most platforms give you a free page builder, then take a percentage of every gift at checkout. Zeffy keeps the whole pipeline free: design a branded donation page and collect every gift through it at $0. $100 in equals $100 out. No platform fee, no transaction fee, no credit card fee. Ever.

How to maximise donations on your fundraising page

Where can I create a donation page for free?

Sign up for a free Zeffy account and build your page in minutes. No credit card needed, ever.

Does Zeffy really charge zero fees on donations?

Yes. When someone gives $100, your not-for-profit receives the full $100. No platform fee, no transaction fee, no credit card fee. Ever.

Can I embed the donation page on my own website?

Yes. Embed a Zeffy form on your site or share a hosted page link.

What payment methods can donors use?

All major cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do donors get tax-deductible receipts?

Yes, automatically on every gift. If your organisation is DGR-endorsed, gifts of $2 or more carry your ABN and DGR details so the donor can claim. ACNC registration and DGR endorsement are separate things: the ACNC registers your charity, the ATO endorses DGRs, and only a DGR can offer a deduction.

When should we run our biggest appeal?

In Australia the giving peak is the end of the financial year, not December. Donors who want a deduction need to give by 30 June, so most organisations run their main appeal through May and June. Build a dedicated EOFY page and keep it live alongside your everyday donation page.

What makes a donation page convert?

A clear title, your branding, a few suggested amounts, a short form, and a mobile-friendly checkout. Zeffy's template is built around these.
