Does Zeffy charge fees on recurring donations?

No. Every recurring gift is 100% free. A $25 a month donor sends the full $1,500 over five years. At Australia's standard Stripe rate of 1.7% + $0.30 a transaction, processing would take about $43.50 of that, a little every month.

How do donors set up a recurring donation?

They pick a monthly, quarterly, or yearly option on your form and confirm. Zeffy supports monthly, quarterly, and yearly, not weekly.

Can donors manage or cancel their recurring gift?

Yes, anytime from their own dashboard.

Do regular givers get a tax-deductible receipt?

If your organisation is DGR-endorsed, each gift of $2 or more is receipted, and Zeffy can send one cumulative receipt for the financial year to 30 June instead of twelve.
