Is EveryAction a CRM?

Yes. EveryAction is a paid nonprofit CRM sold by Bonterra, with donor records, pledges, moves management, planned giving, grants and chapter management, plus email, SMS and advocacy tools. Zeffy's donor CRM costs nothing and needs no quote. Every payment lands on the donor's record. You can sort donors into lists and send newsletters from the same place. Does EveryAction charge processing fees?

Yes, on every gift, but Bonterra does not publish the rate for EveryAction. Its payment terms say processing fees are set by its payment processors and either deducted from donations or paid by your organization, as written in your contract. EveryAction works with Bonterra Payments (powered by Stripe), Paragon, PayPal and WorldPay. A lost dispute costs the gift plus a $15 fee. Zeffy charges no processing fee on any payment.
